Course Access

How do I access my course after payment?

Once your payment is successful, you’ll be automatically enrolled. You can access your course from the “My Courses” section in your dashboard.

Yes. All our courses are fully mobile-responsive. You can learn on your phone, tablet, or desktop anytime, anywhere.

Most courses come with lifetime access, unless otherwise mentioned (e.g., some subscription plans have time-limited access). Check the course page for details.

Payment Issues

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking, and international cards via Razorpay or PayPal (for global learners).

Yes. A tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you immediately after a successful transaction.

Certification Validity

Are the certificates recognized globally?

Yes. CBEMG certifications are widely recognized across industries for practical skill validation in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Data Analytics, and more.

Absolutely. Your certificate will include your full name, course title, duration, date of completion, and a unique Certificate ID or QR code for verification.

Yes. All certificates are downloadable in PDF format, sharable on LinkedIn, and printable for physical portfolios.

Refund / Cancellation

Can I get a refund after purchase?

We offer a 7-day refund policy on subscription plans only (monthly/yearly) if you haven’t accessed more than 10% of the content. Refunds for pay-per-course purchases are not available unless there is a technical issue on our side.

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
