ISO 9001 Quality Management System – Applied Training

This applied training program provides Lean Six Sigma professionals and business practitioners with a practical understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.

The program focuses on understanding ISO 9001 requirements, applying QMS principles in real organizations, supporting implementation and continual improvement, participating effectively in internal audits, managing nonconformities and corrective actions, and preparing for quality-related job interviews.

The course is designed for practical application and organizational support rather than developing participants as full-time ISO consultants.

• explain the purpose and structure of a Quality Management System;
• understand the intent of ISO 9001 Clauses 4–10;
• apply the process approach and risk-based thinking;
• support QMS documentation and implementation;
• participate in internal audits;
• understand nonconformity, root-cause analysis and corrective action;
• connect CAPA with Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC approaches;
• analyse an integrated QMS case;
• respond confidently to common ISO 9001/QMS interview questions.
